Refresh the Client

On the end device, click into the Windows System Tray and then navigate to the PrinterLogic icon. Right-click the icon, and when the options appear, click Refresh Configurations as shown here.

The other option to manually refresh the client is to navigate to the Start menu, search for PrinterLogic, and then click the Refresh Configurations option.
If these options are not available in the System Tray or Start Menu, then they have been disabled in the Admin Console on Tools then Settings then Client, and won't display unless enabled
